You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Full Refund Conditions

Returned items must be:

– Unused

-Undamaged

– In re-sellebale condition 

– In original packaging

– Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Used Items

If the item is damaged or has been used beyond normal handling, we may deduct a portion of the refund for depreciation or refuse the return.

Exceptions:

If the item is not in resellable condition, or has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund or refuse the return.

Non-Returnable Items

– Sale items

– Personalized, custom and sealed products (for health reasons)

– Perishable goods like fresh flowers

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customers will cover the return shipping cost if the item was used, or damaged by the customer.
